A well-designed welcome pack makes a strong first impression and sets the tone for the engagement. It reassures clients they’ve made the right decision, sets expectations clearly so you’re not answering the same questions over email, and gives them something to refer back to throughout the engagement. It also positions you as organised, prepared, and professional.
Your offboarding pack helps clients see how far they’ve come, prompts them for a testimonial while the experience is fresh, and keeps them connected for future work or referrals.

Onboarding Pack - 7 - 12 pages
A professionally designed welcome document sets the tone for your client engagement. I'll work with you to develop a pack that matches the needs of your clients at the outset of their journey — addressing their questions, setting clear expectations, and covering the practical details they need to know. The result is a document that feels considered and complete, so clients feel reassured and ready to begin.
Offboarding Pack - 5 - 7 pages
A thoughtful close to the coaching relationship helps clients see their progress, stay connected, and refer others your way. We'll work together to optimise this opportunity to end on a high note and turn satisfied clients into advocates.

Please contact me at anphia@outlook.com to place your order. I will send an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the total invoice. Once you’ve made your payment, you will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire to complete in preparation of our consultation session.

Once you’ve placed your order and paid the deposit, you’ll receive a questionnaire designed to help you think through your packs before we meet. It covers the key decisions: which sections to include, what you want to communicate about your approach, how you structure your client journey, and what practical details matter for your practice. At the end of the questionnaire, you’ll be prompted to book your consultation session.
CONSULTATION

We meet for a focused session (approximately 90 minutes) to clarify any details and work through the strategic decisions — what to include, what belongs in other documents, and how these packs fit into your overall client journey. We’ll also confirm your design preferences and delivery format.

Based on our consultation, I’ll provide a content framework with prompts and guidance for each section. You provide your input, and we’ll work together to shape it into clear, well-structured copy that sounds like you. You’ll also share your visual assets — logo, brand colours, professional photos — so the design reflects your brand.

I design your packs to reflect your brand. You review the drafts and provide feedback, with two rounds of revisions included. Final delivery includes PDFs, editable Canva templates, and digital flipbooks — ready to use with your next client.

That’s what the consultation is for. I’ll guide you through the decisions based on your service, your clients, and how you work. You don’t need to come with it all figured out.
Each service typically needs its own pack. A one-on-one coaching engagement has a different structure, rhythm, and set of expectations than a group program or a consulting project — and your welcome pack needs to reflect that exactly. During the consultation, we’ll focus on one service. If you’d like packs for additional services, let’s discuss and I’ll provide a customised quote.
Yes. Once delivered, the Canva templates are yours to use however you like — adapt them for other documents, repurpose the design elements, or use them as a starting point for future materials.
